What time is check in and check out?

Check in is possible starting from 2pm, while it is possible to check out up to 10.30am. If on the day of your departure you wish to make a final visit around the lake, you can leave your baggage at our reception desk where will will guard it for you until you are ready to leave.

Is it possible to remain in the pool after check out?

No, unfortunately after check out it is no longer possible to use the pool for insurance reasons and management.

What are the conditions in case of cancellation?

Any rate and offer is subject to different cancellation policies. Please verify it during the booking.

Can I book without a credit card?

Yes of course! Contact us directly by filling out the form on our website or call us and we will find together the best solution without credit card. Usually you are asked for a bank transfer payment.

Is it possible to swim at the lake?

Of course from June to September you can swim in the lake. The area of Bardolino is all bathing. Just 200 meters from us there is the Lido of Cisano, a well-equipped beach with deck chairs, parasols and a bar.
Other good beaches are located in the direction of Garda, just 2 km from us.

A typical restaurant with traditional cuisine in Bardolino?

Definitely a great restaurant is the Locanda al Cardellino in Cisano (1,5km) that offers excellent traditional cuisine of Garda and Verona. Homemade pasta. Seeing is believing!
Another great traditional restaurant is The restaurant trattoria Al Commercio located in the heart of Bardolino (2 km).
For those who want to stay close to us and eat a tasty pizza with views of the lake, the pizzeria Le Palafitte is the perfect place! Pizzas great, rich and cooked in the wood oven! (200m).

If I stay in the Depandance Casaliva, can I use the hotel pool?

Our Casaliva Depandance is located just 20 meters from the hotel and is reachable on foot from our garden. The villa has a new swimming pool at guests' disposal equipped with deck chairs and pleasant areas shaded by olive trees. If you want you can also come in the hotel pool. During high season are not insured sunbeds.

Can I receive visits during my stay in the hotel?

It is possible to receive visitors notice at reception but only in public areas (bar, terrace, garden). And 'it is forbidden to host visitors in the room and stay in the pool.

There is a transfer from Verona airport to the hotel?

If you want, we can book a transfer service otherwise the airport is well connected by a line autubus service to Lake Garda.

When is the market in Bardolino?

The weekly market is every Thursday morning in Bardolino along the lake and in the town center. Here you will find clothing, food and wine and local products.
