Renovation 2023!Comfort Rooms are double or triple rooms with private bathroom dedicated to those who prefer simplicity, functionality and an advantageous rate without sacrificing in comfort.
They are located in our outbuilding, always inside the hotel complex, on the ground floor with a large sunny terrace with chairs and a small table.
It is recommended to load and unload your luggage from the parking lot of the west entrance, on the road.

The modern "Garden" rooms and the new "Garden +" rooms are the ideal choice for a holiday in peace and relax.Located on the ground floor with a private entrance, they offer a terrace or balcony overlooking the picturesque garden.
Some of the modern "Garden" rooms are located in the annexes "Villa Casaliva" and "Villa Leccino". The "Garden +" instead are part of the new 2019 structure!

FINDING US WILL BE VERY EASY
With about 158 kilometres of coastline, the Garda Lake is the largest lake in Italy. Renowned national and international tourist resort, it is well connected with the main Italian cities such as Verona, with its Arena, Padova with the Cappella degli Scrovegni, the wonderful lagoon city of Venice, Mantova, Brescia, Rovereto with the Museum Mart, Trento and its Castle of Good Counsel and many other destinations not to be missed!

Eco friendly, family run hotel
This hotel is a fabulous, quiet hotel ran by a lovely family. With our stay we had a yummy free breakfast included, I asked if they had any vegan opt. they created cakes, hummus, breads, soy yoghurts, granolas and plant milk coffees! They also used compostable plastic cups and paper straws!I also chose the updated rooms- they are so fabulous and you have a view of the lake! It is a very quiet and relaxing hotel, nearly adults only, but there were a few children but not a peep out of them. So if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, then this is the place for you!We also hired bikes from the hotel. They were 6€ for 4 hours or 10€ for the day. The bikes were very good quality, with gears and came with a lock. There is a lovely cycling path all the way to bardolino town and also a lovely town to the left called chasises (I think that’s how it’s spelled).I highly recommend this hotel!
