The rooms are reserved until 14.00 hours on the day of arrival.
All rooms are soundproof, equipped with balcony or terrace, private bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and toiletries, direct dial telephone, colour SAT TV, safe, air conditioning, fridge and covered parking and most of them have a lake view.

The price (per apartment) includes electricity, water, gas, heating if necessary, parking, Wi-Fi and bed linen.

Arrival from 14:00 hours.

At the time of booking you will be asked for a deposit equal to the 30% of the amount of the stay. In the event of early cancellations the 30% deposit will not be refund.

At the time of check-in a security deposit of 200,00 Euro will be requested which will be returned at the time of departure after inspection by our staff.

The day of departure the apartment must be left within 10.30 am.

At the time of departure, the customer will leave the accommodation free from rubbish, the fridge empty, turned off and open and the dishes clean; if not, the cost of the final cleaning from a minimum amount of 15 Euro to a maximum of 65 Euro will be retained from the deposit.

Is it possible to rent towels at the cost of 12 Euro per person.

The cradle can be rented at a cost of € 10.00 per day.

On reservation it is possible to have breakfast in the hotel at the price of Euro 17,00 per person

Apartments Villa Olivo
