Like when you open a window and instantly know where you are. Here too, everything has its own clarity: when you book, what’s included, which services you can add. Rooms, apartments, annexes. Each option comes with simple rules, designed to give you space. Inside and out.

When you book, when you arrive
  • Deposit: we require a credit card as a guarantee or, if you do not have one, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, with free cancellation available up to 7 days before your arrival date.
  • Payment: the balance is payable on arrival.
  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Check-out: by 10:30 AM.
  • Security deposit: not required for rooms.
  • Pets: not allowed.

  • Private parking included, with video surveillance and mostly covered by a hail-proof canopy

Booking is easy; knowing what happens next is even better.
  • Deposit: we ask for 30% of the total cost of your stay, with the option to cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival date; after that date, the 30% deposit will be retained.
  • Payment: the balance is due upon arrival.
  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Check-out: by 10:30 AM.
  • Rooms are held until 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Security deposit: €200, refunded upon departure after a final inspection
  • Pets: Not allowed.
